HOW TO FIND PURPOSE WHEN LIFE FEELS EMPTY AND UNFULFILLING

We do not create the meaning of our lives; we discover it.” – Sartre, from Ikigai

Do you feel an emptiness in your heart, as if living is a burden?

Are you frequently doubting your existence and asking yourself, “What is this all worth?”

You have unknowingly joined the multitude of people who feel the same way.

Many individuals, who are not struggling materially in life thanks to generational wealth or established stable careers, often feel a lack of purpose in their middle age.

As a species, we are very accustomed to challenges.

Many people feel anxious even about their stability, which is actually a blessing that many crave.

The only thing lacking is discovering the meaning of life.

One must understand that the purpose of life does not always involve hardships or challenging goals to achieve.

We each have unique reasons for getting out of bed and getting going.

The purpose of life is not a once-in-a-lifetime thing; it can be adjusted or transformed many times.

For some, purpose can be pursuing art; for others, caring for family, celebrating nature, or simply enjoying their precious existence to the fullest.

There are no judgments from life about how it should be lived.

It is only about feeling happiness and satisfaction in knowing your existence matters.
