A CONSCIOUS HABIT CAN SOMETIME BECOME ADDICTIVE WHEN IT SLIPS INTO THE UNCONSCIOUS

One of my clients had a lifelong love for idlis – so much that he could eat 45-50 in one go.

But over time, this habit started affecting his health. He told me, “I want to quit, but I just can’t stop myself.”

This is more common than we think. Sometimes, even when we know a behavior isn’t good for us, we keep repeating it.

Why? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Through an Unconscious Suggestibility process, we can rewire old patterns and open up new, healthier choices for the unconscious mind to select.

After just four sessions, my client shared, “Premsai, I don’t know what happened, but I feel satisfied with just 3-4 idlis now. I don’t even crave more.”

They can surprise us, showing up just when we thought we’d moved on, 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗳𝘂𝗹.
