The task for this week: Create a Positive Reinforcement Loop
If you are feeling lazy and demotivated this morning or generally in life, do this:
Find a task that you find challenging but know is beneficial for you, such as:
Running for 2 kilometers
Avoiding fast food for a week
Meeting or calling at least three potential clients
Drawing a picture of an image running through your mind
Not using your phone after dinner
Pick a habit and strictly follow it for one week.
Successfully sticking to the habit for a few days will start creating dopamine, which will push you to complete the week.
Achieving the one-week goal will motivate you to continue or try it again, building the courage to take on another challenge.
This is how the Positive Reinforcement Loop works.
