How to get free time for yourself?

Are you exhausted with an endless to-do list?

Do you feel you never have enough time to do anything properly and always rushing?

Here is quite an easy way to manage your to-dos and time.

Started dividing the to-do list into,

  1. Things I have to do
  2. Things I want to do
  3. Things other people want me to do.

This can be life-changing!!

Once you will start categorizing tasks in the list, Eventually, you’ll realize, more than often you don’t really have to do #3.

If you are able to clutter down the tasks in #3 from 10 to 2, now you have that time left for yourself.

Time for self-care, time for self-improvement.

This is what it means to have boundaries, and prioritizing yourself.
