“NO”S ARE WORTH IT

Remember the day before yesterday we discussed careful consideration of the responsibilities filled on your plate.

Once you have clarity of what you must not add to your bucket of “to-do”, it is also important to be able to say “No” to those things.

We sometimes hesitate to deny taking tasks and responsibility.

It may be due to your inner guilt, perceived sense of duty, or fear of punishment or rejection.

Sometimes we don’t say “No” just because we don’t want to disappoint others.

But is it fair to yourself?

Taking too much on hand or doing what you do not want to do is unfair to yourself.

Sometimes to others also because you might not fulfill that responsibility so well as you are not happy doing it or can not pay enough attention.

When you say “NO” to one thing, you say “yes” to other things.

Always consider the value of that when saying “No”. You will understand the value of your one “No”.

Such value addition is very important to cut down distractions and stay focused on things that matter to you.

Productivity is about optimal output in a given time. Use your time very wisely.
