PAUSE AND REFLECT: FINDING STRENGTH IN STILLNESS

Did you know that butterflies rest when it rains because the rain can damage their wings?

And did you know that honey bees are inactive in winter, relying on honey as their food storage for tough times?

Such natural behavior of different species in the environment teaches us an important lesson:

It’s okay to rest during life’s storms. You will always fly again once they pass.

Taking a pause is not a sign of weakness but a testament to true wisdom.

Those who know when to stop, take two steps back, manage adversities, understand themselves better, replan, or simply recharge their soul can come back even stronger.

It’s like turning on battery-saver mode at the right time to prevent completely draining your energy. Until you’re fully recharged, it’s okay to avoid certain actions.

In life, we are allowed to enter this rehabilitation mode.

If outer chaos is incomprehensible or unmanageable, pursue an inward journey.

Stop overexerting, write down your confusion and thoughts, and wait for the answers to come.

Enjoy your being; do things without worrying about success or failure. Experience your emotions.

If you fear being left behind when you pause, just consider: what if you keep going as you are? Are you really finding the answers you seek?

What if you end up losing yourself in the process?

What if you’re on the wrong path and you move so far forward that you can’t turn back or find the right way?

Scary?

Not really, Just take a pause and reflect on life.
