THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE FOUND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR FEAR

You don’t fear baking a cake at home—you’ve probably done it many times. Sometimes it doesn’t turn out well, but you still try again.

But if I tell you to start a bakery or a cake business, you might be terrified.

Fear is always proportional to the importance of the task.

Sometimes, the stakes are high or just seem high.

#Reflect on your fear.

What are the things you are avoiding that are necessary for your growth? Is it fear of change, fear of the unknown, or fear of losing the status quo?

What opportunities are you missing because you feel uncomfortable?

What ideas are you emotionally rejecting?

Start journaling these thoughts.

Sometimes, genuine answers are hard to come by because they, too, fear coming to the surface. But if you get closer to your inner self, they will speak to you.
