WHY SELF-REFLECTION IS THE KEY TO CONSCIOUS LIVING: THE POWER OF JOURNALING FOR INNER GROWTH

We spend much time analyzing situations, judging others, and overthinking about the future.

When not doing that, we either keep ourselves too busy or distracted to hear our inner voices.

However, living truly starts with knowing who you are.

Unconsciously, people are drifting away from themselves. This also means they are dying inside, functioning mechanically, driven by their environment, set rules, and a fixed mindset.

To truly live, one has to feel connected within.

This happens in the same way we establish connections in social life: by meeting more often.

That is why I have emphasized journaling for many years. In fact, I ended up publishing a self-reflective journal (The Focus Factor Journal) to provide a handy guide to experiencing self-awareness.

Spend at least 10 minutes with your inner self.

Analyze your red flags, green flags, and grey areas, and create an action plan to work on them.

It is a difficult and boring task, but it is the most important one for conscious living. Thank me later.
