Peace is indeed a subjective word.
However many people mistake silence for peace.
Peace is not always a “nothing happening” situation.
Everything going smoothly may or may not be peaceful.
Don’t you feel anxious even when there is nothing to worry about?
For even small things like unanswered mail or text, children coming a little late home than usual, hair fall, guests coming home, attending family get-togethers, and buying high-investment things . . List goes on.
Peace is not a challenge to a free life, it is about knowing and believing that everything can be managed with more or less effort.
Peace is about accepting things as they are without perceived fears, overthinking, or foreseeing results.
Peace is about the inner strength to think straight, find solutions and deal with situations with utmost mindfulness.
Peace is living in the moment and feeling every breath you inhale.
How to attain peace?
Meditate.
Talk to yourself.
Write down your SWOT analysis from time to time and work on it.
Believe in the process.Drop off perception, increase acceptance.
