STOP THE EXCUSES: TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR TIME AND TASKS

Did you accomplish the tasks you set out to do at the beginning of this week?

Can you make a list of things you could have done but procrastinated on despite having the time?

If more than 50% of tasks remain incomplete, can you assign a reason for not doing each task this week?

For example:

Filing ITR: still have 15 days

Parlour: can be done on the weekend

Touching base with the client: your meeting strategy is not ready

From the entire list, you may find that at least 30% of the reasons are just excuses to delay tasks. The percentage may vary.

The best way to determine whether it is an excuse or not is to also write down what you did instead of the tasks you delayed.

Create a well-structured plan and try to follow it as closely as possible. That alone is enough to stay ahead in the race.

Just look around and see how many people can stick to their plan, after all?

No one can be successful by being a couch potato and watching podcasts or reels all the time.

Be aware of where your time goes.
