pareto principle, 80 20 rule
on 16 Jan 2024 3:04 AM

The Pareto Principle named after economist Vilfredo Pareto, specifies that 80% of consequences come from 20% of the causes.

To deal with any problem, do not remove the entire phenomenon, Find the 20 % which is the most impacting root cause and deal with it.

Same way to achieve something, work on 20% that will set the foundation.

For example,

Relationships- You fear people can hurt you emotionally. Find who are the few people that have the most positive impact on your life? Spend more time with them.

Priorities- What are the few actions that have the most positive impact on your day? Prioritize them.

Stress- What are the few sources that cause most of the stress and friction in life? Eliminate them.

Working on 20%, you can easily attract 80% remaining changes in your life.
